Financial Assistance
We have payment plans available which make it possible to have your services today and pay same as cash within three months. This service is provided through CareCredit®. This is a medical credit card, most people qualify, and it only takes a few minutes to get approved. Our staff will be happy to assist you in applying and will help you find the payment plan that best suits your needs.
InsuranceMost medical services we offer are covered by insurance. We do not participate in Medicare or any other insurance plans and do not file insurance claims. However our staff will supply you with all the procedure and diagnosis codes for any service we provide. Other Forms of Financial Assistance
We also work with the Elke Best Foundation, MedWise® Patient Assistance Program and AMARC to provide assistance to the patients that have no drug coverage or are in financial hardship. Many patients qualify for free drug coverage through these agencies. If you need financial assistance, our staff will assist you in qualifying.
FINANCIAL
We have a special care plan with CareCredit where you can obtain services today and pay same as cash within three months. Most insurance companies have out of network benefits. We will be happy to provide you with insurance codes you need to send to your insurance. We do not file insurance. We do however accept many different forms of payment. Our staff will be happy to find a payment method that will best suit your needs.
